I have been working in this institution from September-2017. This is the place where my dream has fulfilled by teaching and training the students to reach their goals in life. Iam feeling so glad for my students for their achievements and so many were settled in their lives with a good Job and lot of students  were pursuing their higher studies in abroad like USA, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Sweden etc.

ACHIEVEMENTS:    

1. Attended for an “INTERACTIVE SEMINAR ON PRESENT & FUTURE NEEDS OF PHARMA INDUSTRY FROM ACADEMIA & REGULATORY” held on 30^th june-2018 at NIPER, HYDERABAD
2. Participated a four day bridge training program “AN INIATIVE BY DBT-ON INNOVATIVE CONCEPTS IN CELLULAR AND MOLECULAR PHARMACOLOGY”- oct 23 to 26^th 2018, held at Malla Reddy College of Pharmacy.
3. Attended “DBT SPONSORED SHORT TERM TRAINING COURSE” -10^th June to 22^nd june 2019, held at Malla reddy College of Pharmacy, Secunderabad.
4. Attended e-Faculty Development Programme on “ Building Research and Innovative Culture among pharmacy teachers” conducted by Dr. D.Y. Patil Institue of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research, Pimpri, Pune from 18^th-22nd May-2020.
5. Attended Indo-US webinar on “MIRACULOUS PROTECTIVE MECHANISMS OF HUMAN SYSTEM’’ organized by Malla Reddy Group of Pharmacy Colleges on August 16th 2020.
6. Attended the CPE Webinar on “UNDERSTANDING PRACTICE SCHOOL
   & ITS CONCEPT IN UG PHARMACY EDUCATION” on 23^rd May-2020, organized by PCI New Delhi in association with Rajiv Gandhi Health Sciences, Bengaluru and JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research,Mysuru.
7. Attended webinar on National Pharmacovigilance week-conducted in association with National Pharmacopoeia Commission-PvPI organised by RBVRR Womens College of Pharmacy from 17^th-23rd september 2021.
8. Conducted one day online work shop as a resource person from Malla Reddy College of Pharmacy on Intellectual Property Rights in collaboration with Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Intellectual Property Management, Nagpur on 21/10/2021.
9. Participated as a Deligate in DBT sponsered popular lecture series on “Transgenic experimental models in biomedical Research” conducted by JSS College of Pharmacy OOTY on 29&30 october 2021.
10. Participated a four day International Webinar on “BIO-COCLAVE-an intellectual war against COVID-19 pandemic” from 19^th to 22^nd June-2020, organized by Department of Biotechnology HINDU COLLEGE OF PHARMACY, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
11. Participated in An International Webinar on “ Pharmaceutical Regulatory Aspects and Strategies in Latin America” on 26^th July-2020, organized by department of Regulatory Affairs HINDU COLLEGE OF PHARMACY, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
12. Participated a Webinar on “Innate Immunity to respiratory invasions” on 9^th May-2020, organized by Department of Pharmaceutical Technology, Makaut,WB.
13. Attended a three day International Webinar on “QUALITY BY DESIGN” from 23^rd to 25^th May-2020, organized by Innovation cell of Bapatla College of Pharmacy.
14. Participated in Webinar on “ Recent Achievement and Challenges of 3D Printing Technologies in Pharmaceutical Drug Delivery” on 3^rd May-2020, organized by Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Budana, Maharstra.
